Our flats in Nicosia are looked after with love and care. All of our properties are fully equipped and have a sense of fresh, clean, modern, bright, comfortable and homey style!
Flats Nicosia started welcoming guests from all over the world since April 2013 at which time we offered accommodation in only 2 properties.
After a successful first year and due to increase in demand we added more properties at popular locations in Nicosia. Our guests come for tourist visits, business meetings, guests from nearby Embassies, University related guests, visiting Nicosia health institutes as well as people visiting family and friends.
Since then and to this date we are hosting guests in 4 different properties at different convenient locations in and around the Nicosia center. Our properties are summarised below:
We have a personal and friendly approach with our guests yet allowing them to have their privacy. We are always available to answer questions; only a phone call away! Our philosophy and goal is to provide all of our guests the well known Cyprus hospitality at a friendly, personal as well as professional approach.

- DownTown Living is very central to all touristic attractions, just opposite the central local and Intercity bus station, the walled old city, the famous Ledras and Onasagorou pedestian shopping and night life area, museums, ministries, the Unic architecture Research center, the Nicosia field club, the Nicosia District Court , the Parliament of Cyprus just to name a few,
- Achillion apartments, 2 separate flats, next to each other, excellent for larger groups travelling together yet finely used by couples, families or smaller groups. These 2 flats are located within a 15 minute walk from the walled city and within walking distance to many International business centres, Bank centres, Embassies (German, Austrian and Netherlands), the Presidential palace as well as the Bank of Cyprus Oncology centre.
- Achillion Gardens is located very close to the University of Nicosia, the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics, the Embassy of Ukraine, the International State fair, the Apollonio Hospital, many business centres; at the vibrant area of Makedonitissa in Engomi and Agios Dometios. Also very close to the Mall of Engomi and many amenities.
